Camera Swivel Arm

The camera swivel arm shown below is mounted to my power chair. The arm has three sections that independently swivel. Tension on the swivel point is adjustable with the knobs. The final section has a quick release plate mounted to hold the pan/tilt head and camera. My camera has a retractable and swiveling LCD screen which allows viewing from any position.
