FSHD is a slowly progressive form of muscular dystrophy. Since an early age this condition has required me to be creative and resourceful. When I discovered the world of birds and birding I found various ways of supporting my optics and camera. This website allows me to share what has worked for me, along with devices I have built for others. My goal is to help anyone overcome their physical challenges and spend time with our sacred birds.
